1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using any feature of Thiệp Online (the "Service"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the terms below.

If you do not agree to any of these terms, please discontinue using the Service.

2. User account

When creating an account, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.
  • Keep your password confidential and not share your account with others.
  • Take responsibility for all activity on your account.
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

3. Use of the Service

You may use the Service to create, share, and manage online wedding invitations for personal or family purposes.

You may NOT:

  • Use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, or offensive purposes.
  • Upload pornographic content, incite violence, or infringe third-party copyrights.
  • Intentionally disrupt, attack, or interfere with the Service.
  • Use bots or crawlers to scrape data without consent.
  • Resell or redistribute the Service to third parties without an agreement.

4. Intellectual property

All template designs, source code, decorative artwork, fonts, and documents are owned by Thiệp Online or our licensors.

Content you upload (wedding photos, messages, guest list) remains your property. You grant us the right to use such content as needed to operate the Service (storage and display to your guests).

You are responsible for ensuring uploaded content does not infringe third-party copyrights (for example, you have your photographer's permission to use the wedding photos).

5. Service fees and payment

You can create and edit invitations free of charge. Some advanced features (public publishing, premium music, long-term storage) may require payment under a plan.

Service fees are clearly disclosed on the Pricing page. Payments made will NOT be refunded unless caused by an error on our side.

6. Liability and limits

We strive to keep the Service available 24/7 but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.

We are not liable for indirect damages resulting from:

  • Internet connectivity issues on the user's or guest's side.
  • Account compromise due to weak or disclosed passwords.
  • Information errors entered by the user (wrong name, date, address).
  • Guests not receiving the link due to incorrect phone numbers or emails.

Our maximum liability (if any) shall not exceed the total amount you have paid for the Service in the past 12 months.

7. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your account without prior notice if a violation of these terms is detected.

You may close your account anytime in Settings. Once closed, your public invitation link will stop working and data will be deleted per the Privacy Policy.

8. Changes to terms

We may update these terms over time. For material changes, we will notify you by email or via a site banner at least 7 days before they take effect.

Continued use of the Service after new terms take effect is deemed acceptance of those changes.

9. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Disputes arising will first be resolved by amicable negotiation. If no agreement is reached, the case will be brought before the competent People's Court in Vietnam.
